Course Description:

This half-day retreat will be a day of silent practice. We’ll be exploring stillness through sitting meditation with periods of walking, meditation, and shared reflection.

About the Teacher:

Mark has been a meditator and student of Buddhism for over 30 years. He brings this perspective to his practice as an artist and professor of photography.
