At this half-day retreat, we'll reflect and meditate on the 7 points of mind training.

We’ll engage in the cultivation of friendliness or loving kindness using the practice of meditation known as the Metta Bhavana. When one's mind is colored by metta, it is easy to listen, to see things more clearly, and to live with a mind in harmony.

This retreat is open for beginners and more experienced meditators.
