Event Description:

At this half-day retreat, we'll look at the Third Mind-Point Training and explore ways to befriend adversity & challenges as wise and gentle teachers. To quote B. Alan Wallace: "This Mind Training is especially well-suited for an active life. It does not require that we withdraw in seclusion, but that we re-examine all of our relationships—and gradually transform our responses to whatever life throws our way.”

For those experienced in spiritual practice.
