Event Description:

At this half-day retreat, we’ll discuss the role that positive emotion plays in our practice, why it’s an important area to develop, and steps we can take to cultivate positive emotion in our daily lives. We will present practical actions to nurture positive emotion and practices we can integrate to support this aspect of our journey and our lives.

All are welcome, no experience level necessary. Chairs will be available, but please bring a cushion and blanket.

For protection from Covid-19, influenza, and RSV, we request that all who attend wear a mask. Thank you for your understanding!

About the Teacher:

Joy Hertzog has been practicing Buddhism for over 10 years. She is a Mitra (student) in the Triratna Community and is currently training for Ordination. She is an experienced meditator, teacher, and facilitator.
