Check out this interview with Ananta on BronxNet TV. He was invited to talk about the benefits of mindfulness in this current time of crisis and isolation. He speaks about how meditation can address some of the underlying causes of our stresses and reactivity. On becoming more intimate with ourselves, we can work productively with our own states of mind. This can enable us to help those around us, or at least not contribute further to their worries and anxiety.
