Event Description:

Join us for a half-day retreat focusing on heart-based practices meant to inspire joy, peace, and harmony within ourselves and our world. The day will include sitting meditation, which will be guided and suitable for all levels of practitioners. Discussion will focus on how to work with our hearts and energies to more deeply experience positive states.

All are welcome, no experience level necessary.

About the Leader:

Tamojyoti is a longtime member of the Triratna Buddhist Community and was ordained in 2022. Tamojyoti is an experienced meditator, teacher, and facilitator. She is also a Vortex Energy Practitioner and is skilled in multiple healing modalities.
