Event Description:
Join us for a practice day celebrating Padmasambhava, the great Vajrayāna teacher and symbol of transformation, courage, and awakened imagination.
Through meditation, ritual, mantra, and reflection, we will explore how Padmasambhava’s energy can help us meet the forces within and around us with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Join us at the New York Zendo (223 E 67th St, New York, NY 10065) for a morning of meditation, discussion, ritual, and connecting with community, followed by lunch at 1:15 p.m. @Le Botaniste UES, which serves 100% organic, plant-based food. You can find it at 833 Lexington Avenue (between 63rd & 64th St).

About the Leader:
Suryapala is an Ordained Dharmachari in the Triratna Buddhist Community since 2024 and has been practicing meditation regularly for eight years. He began his Buddhist journey in the United Kingdom and for the last several years has been an active member of the New York/New Jersey sangha.
