Monday, September 29th, 2025
6:30 - 8:00 pm EST
Online via Zoom
Event Description:
Join us on Monday, September 29th from 6:30 pm to 8 pm as we connect as a community and reflect on our practice.
On this monthly Sangha Night, we’ll come together to enjoy a presentation on Triratna’s Six Emphases of Practice by experienced Order Member Amala!
The six distinct emphases of practice in Triratna are a uniting force in our community. They are: that Going for Refuge is primary, the openness to men and women equally, the inspiration from all Buddhist scriptures, the importance of Spiritual Friendship, Team-Based Right Livelihood, and the importance of the arts in the spiritual life.
From her long experience with the Triratna community, Amala will speak to these six emphases and create a space for us to contemplate their import to our practice and to our community.
Join us for this wonderful opportunity!
